We are looking for a summer intern (trainee) in our Materials Team to support us with purchasing activities. As a Summer Intern - Materials Specialist, you are responsible for purchasing, on time deliver (OTD) of the incoming materials and inventory value / turns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Material purchasing and orders monitoring

• Purchase orders rescheduling

• Ensure material availability

• Expedite and escalate part shortages

• Communication with suppliers (external and internal)

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in the field of Logistics or Economics

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English

• Computer proficiency (MS-Office)

Desirable skills

• Oracle knowledge and experience (ERP system knowhow)

• Ability to support development tasks
