Are you a skilled cleaning services professional looking for a guiding role where you can support your teams daily work and help ensure high-quality service? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable and supportive team.

As a Service Supervisor, you will work under the guidance of a manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at the customer site. You will work responsibly and ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as an important link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor, although the role does not include formal managerial responsibility.

Customer service is a central part of the role, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the quality of customer relationships. Active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-focused approach are essential for success in the role.

Your responsibilities include

  • Ensuring daily cleaning operations and quality standards, planning work allocation, and making cost-conscious use of resources
  • Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas
  • Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices
  • Customer collaboration and communication
  • Regular participation in practical cleaning work

We expect you to have

  • Experience in cleaning work and a qualification in the cleaning industry
  • The ability to guide and support the work community in daily situations, promote an equal and respectful working environment, and provide clear feedback
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative
  • A customer-oriented approach and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in either Finnish or English. Language skills are important in a supervisory support role to ensure effective communication, understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and handling employment-related matters.   • A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen

  • A fixed-term, full-time employment contract 37.5 hours per week
  • The position is a parental leave substitution from 16 November 2026 to 16 November 2027
