Duct Fitter (ventilation ductwork installer) / ilmanvaihtoasentaja

You will install, alter and complete ventilation ductwork systems, including:

setting out ductwork routes from drawings and instructions

fixing supports, hangers, brackets and anchors

lifting, positioning, jointing, sealing and securing ductwork sections

installing fire and volume-control dampers, grilles, diffusers, attenuators, access doors and fans

working at height from mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), towers and scaffolding, following site

rules

checking finished work for alignment, sealing and support, and helping with testing and commissioning

directing the work of the duct fitter mate assigned to you
