Taxi driver, Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa – Uber & Bolt

Were looking for taxi drivers to work via Uber and Bolt in the capital region. You can get started quickly, and the job suits both experienced drivers and those who want to learn the trade.

Choose the shift that fits you: day, evening and night shifts are available, as well as weekend-only shifts. Well agree on the shifts together. The more you drive, the more you earn.

We offer a permanent employment contract. You dont drive as a self-employed entrepreneur, you get all the benefits of a regular employment relationship.

Pay is commission-based and calculated from the VAT-free cash of each shift driven + holiday bonus paid monthly. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.

The fleet is new, with well-kept Toyota Corolla Touring models from 2022–2023. The fleet is based in Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki.

The role requires a valid taxi drivers permit (taksinkuljettajan ajolupa). If you dont have the permit yet, youll need to obtain it. The taxi drivers exam is held only in Finnish or Swedish, so a sufficient command of Finnish or Swedish is a requirement for getting the permit. Youll also need a category B driving licence held for at least one year (issued in Finland or another EU/EEA country).

Previous taxi experience is an advantage but not required.

We also have an electric fleet on the Taksi Helsinki side + Kela and MPK rides. You can start with Bolt and Uber and move on to Taksi Helsinki once youve completed the card. The fleet is ready for both.
