HOTEL 24 IS LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKER / HANDYPERSON TO KEMI, FINLAND.

Hotel 24 is looking for a practical and reliable person for a part-time position involving a variety of property maintenance duties. The position is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities include maintaining the hotel's outdoor areas, such as snow clearing during winter and lawn mowing and other outdoor maintenance tasks during summer.

We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated person who can carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance of equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers and other tools.

The job also includes ongoing maintenance of hotel rooms and other facilities to ensure that they are always kept in good condition and to a high standard.

Requirements:

You must have access to a car.

If Finnish is not your native language, you should have good spoken English skills and at least a basic understanding of Finnish. Some ability to speak Finnish would also be an advantage.

Applicants should live in the Kemi–Keminmaa area.

This is a part-time position, with an hourly wage of €12.
