Café Manager

PSH-LOVE-KA Oy is looking for a Café Manager for a permanent, full-time position in Helsinki.

The main responsibility is managing the cafés daily operations and organising work. Duties include: supervising staff, planning work schedules and allocating tasks monitoring orders, inventory, purchasing, quality and food safety procedures planning sales, marketing and events, and reporting on operations.

The role also includes regular preparation of bakery products according to the employers recipes and instructions, and delivery of the companys own products between its locations and customers in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

The position requires organisational skills, teamwork and a responsible approach. Delivery duties require a driving licence valid in Finland for the car or van used.

The main workplace is Simonkatu 10, 00100 Helsinki. Another regular workplace is Runeberginkatu 6, 00100 Helsinki.

Working hours are 112.5 hours per three-week period. The gross monthly salary is EUR 2,566. Supplements and compensation under the applicable collective agreement are paid separately. The position follows the collective agreement for supervisors in the tourism, restaurant and leisure services sector (MaRa/PAM).
