We are now looking for a professional to join our communications team as a
Senior Communications Manager – People, organization and change communications
This role is a key part of the Internal Communications team, which is responsible for all internal channels, communication measurement and effectiveness, and group-wide operational corporate communications. The team also drives group-level change initiatives and strategy communications across Posti Group. In this role, you will play a central part in delivering impactful internal and change communications across the entire Posti Group.
This role is exciting and inspiring, offering you the opportunity to contribute to Posti’s growth and shape group-level communications — especially by supporting and engaging our supervisors and strengthening everyday communication culture. You will work on diverse projects together with a positive and supportive team of experienced professionals. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as HR, business groups and operations, while also working and partnering with a wide range of teams across the organization to ensure and drive alignment, support change, clarity and consistent messaging.
What will help you thrive in this role:
A proven track record of internal communications & supervisor comms development.
Ability to drive and implement change initiatives across a complex organization, with strong influencing skills and the confidence to guide leaders and teams through transformation.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and confidence quickly.
You collaborate naturally, communicate with credibility in your area of expertise, and inspire people to engage and work for the same goals.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, driven by change, continuous learning, and achieving results.
A university degree in communications, media, journalism, social sciences, business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong motivation to grow and develop further. Work experience in a listed company is a bonus.
Strong digital skills and a proven ability to create and refine high-quality content for diverse channels in an international set-up.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English; Swedish is a bonus
