Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and technically oriented CNC professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be capable of operating a large-scale TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre. The role requires precision, as well as a strong understanding of metal-cutting technology and CNC programming.
Machine and Control System
- Machine: TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre
- Control system: Siemens SINUMERIK 840D SL
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of metal-cutting technology and machining processes.
- Proficiency in G-code-based programming (ISO 6983).
- Willingness to work a three-shift schedule.
The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage
- Experience in manufacturing and machining large and heavy workpieces.
- Experience operating an underhung overhead crane.
- Versatile CNC programming skills, particularly in:
- Polar and cylindrical coordinate systems.
- Subprograms.
- Parametric programming.
