Teconergy is a globally oriented IT service provider specialising in data center operations and maintenance. We deliver on-site hardware support for enterprise and AI server environments across Europe, working to strict service level agreements (SLAs) for international technology clients.
As a Field Service Engineer, you go on site when a server fails. You handle service tickets from start to finish and restore equipment within the agreed SLA, from 4-hour response to next business day (NBD). The role runs on a 24/7 rotation or on-call schedule, depending on the location.

- Collect and check spare parts from the warehouse, then travel to data centers and customer sites in your region
- Verify the server on site, troubleshoot using BMC logs and diagnostic tools, and replace failed parts (memory, CPUs, disks, power supplies, boards, GPUs)
- Test the repair, get customer confirmation and complete the service report
- Document each visit accurately within 24 hours and close tickets on time; flag any SLA risk before the deadline
- Return defective parts and follow up replacement-part (RMA) cases
- Escalate complex faults to technical support, and follow all data center safety and ESD rules
- Some travel between customer locations within Norway may be required
