We are excited to invite a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce development team, where you can make a real difference to the future of customer-centric digital services.

About the role

This is a highly technical and collaborative role where you will impact the future of the Elisa Salesforce platform by designing and building solutions that advance business roadmaps.

Working with the architects, developers, UX designers and internal stakeholders, you will help shape the Elisa Salesforce platform, which supports critical business functions, including marketing, sales, customer service, and customer relationship management.

Our Salesforce platform is complex, with numerous integrations across different systems, making this a rewarding opportunity for those seeking to solve challenges in a large-scale, integrated environment.

What we are looking for

A minimum of 4 years of intensive hands-on experience in development focused on the Salesforce platform. 

Solid experience in Lightning development, Apex, and Flows.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Familiarity with Data Cloud and AWS is an advantage.

Proven experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without middleware.

Familiarity with various Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and best practices.

Strong communication skills to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges.

Fluency in English.

Preferred Extras 

Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital architecture.

Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly within the Salesforce platform.

Experience in the telecommunications industry.
