We have two open positions for long substitute positions. One is from 4.1.2027 to 29.6.2027. The other position is from 1.2.2027- 29.6.2027. Both substitute positions may also be extended into the autumn term 2027.

Our early childhood education is based on the national core curriculum for early childhood education and care.
We are looking for an early childhood education childcare worker or a practical nurse specialized in children to join our team, whose key responsibility will be to act as a strong linguistic role model and to support and teach finnish and english to the children as a part of their daily life and play. Very good finnish and english skills are required.
As a childcare worker/ practical nurse, you'll be responsible, together with the early childhood education teacher, for the activities of a group of children aged 1-6 and for the cooperation with the parents. You are an active member of the team and participate in developing our daycare center's operations and early education plan.
Must haves:
- A qualification as an Early childhood education childcare worker or a practical nurse.
- Good finnish language skills
- Good english language skills
- Outstanding collaboration skills
- A positive approach to problem-solving
Good to haves:
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment 1+ years of experience working with children
