HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Sales Director to join one of our client teams in Helsinki.
You'll be leading sales strategy and building relationships with mid-size and enterprise clients in a tailored software services business. This means developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team that consistently delivers results.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
• Lead complex sales cycles for enterprise software and consulting services
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals and account managers
• Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with enterprise clients
• Represent the company at industry events and build brand awareness
What we're looking for
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
• Experience selling complex enterprise software, consulting services, or technology solutions
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes
• First-hand experience building and leading high-performing sales teams where AI contributes real sales output
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals
Nice to have
• Experience in the IT consulting or professional services industry
• Knowledge of digital transformation and technology trends
• Multilingual capabilities (Finnish, Swedish, German, English)
