Description
We are Hiring: Welding Professionals for Our Client Company at Rauma Shipyard
We are seeking experienced welding professionals for our client company at the Rauma Shipyard. This position requires high expertise in TIG welding for copper-nickel-iron alloys (Cunifer) and stainless steel, as well as MIG welding for aluminum.
The scope of work involves versatile and demanding tasks carried out both in workshop environments and onboard vessels under construction or repair.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in TIG welding (Cunifer & stainless steel) and MIG welding (aluminum).
- Valid welder qualification test certificates (ISO 9606-1 / ISO 9606-2 or equivalent) relevant to the materials mentioned. All qualifications will be strictly verified prior to employment to ensure compliance with shipyard standards.
- Due to operations by the Finnish Defence Forces within the shipyard area, a standard background check (security clearance) will be conducted for all selected candidates.
