If so, we invite you to join our People Tech and Intelligence team as Senior Manager, People Technology and Projects. This role is a unique opportunity to lead global, regional and local initiatives that expand our use of Workday, automate and optimize people processes, and deliver timely, accurate people data to support decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Projects: Drive cross-functional HR technology initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Expand Workday Capabilities: Identify and implement new modules, integrations, and enhancements to maximize the value of our global Workday platform. You coordinate projects fluently but are not a stranger on putting your hands under hood.
Automate and Simplify: Redesign people processes to reduce manual work, increase automation, and improve usability. You enjoy finding innovative solutions and ideas to simplify people experience.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to co-create solutions and manage change effectively.
Champion User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly processes that enhance employee and manager interactions with people management systems and processes.
Who is the professional we are looking for?
To be successful in this position, you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field of study.
8-12 years of experience in HR technology, digital transformation, or project/program management roles.
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.
Deep understanding of Workday and its capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A passion for improving employee experience through technology and design.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English language. Other languages are an asset.
High level of commitment and proactive approach.
