Product Specialist – Health Products and Health Insurance

Do you have extensive experience in telephone sales of health insurance from US insurance companies, as well as training sales and customer service teams?

Terveyspiste Oy is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join our health products and health insurance sales and customer service unit. The role combines telephone sales, customer service, staff training, and team supervision.

Your responsibilities

• Sell health products and health insurance over the phone.
• Train staff in product knowledge, customer service, and billing.
• Develop employees product expertise and telephone communication skills.
• Support the teams daily work and monitor sales and customer service quality.
• Improve customer service procedures and training materials.

Essential requirements

Applicants must have:

• Several years of experience specifically in telephone sales of health insurance from US insurance companies.
• Several years of experience training health insurance sales and customer service specialists.
• Experience in a call center environment as both a supervisor and a trainer.
• Native-level proficiency in Finnish or English.
• The ability to explain insurance coverage, policy terms, conditions, and exclusions clearly and accurately.
• A responsible, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach.

General telephone sales or customer service experience alone does not meet the experience requirements for this position. Knowledge of health products is an advantage.
