Cleaner / Housekeeper

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking Cleaners / Housekeepers to join our team in Levi, Lapland, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The position involves a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties across different customer locations, including restaurants, private homes, holiday apartments, Airbnb properties, and other accommodation facilities.

The work will primarily take place in Levi, with assignments at other locations in Lapland when required. We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, can work independently, and are committed to delivering reliable and professional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining restaurant dining areas, floors, surfaces, staff areas, and sanitary facilities.
• Residential Cleaning: Performing general and deep cleaning in private homes, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
• Airbnb and Holiday Apartment Cleaning: Carrying out guest changeover cleaning, changing bed linen, making beds, and preparing properties for incoming guests.
• Housekeeping: Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, accommodation facilities, and shared areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• General Cleaning Duties: Performing additional cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by the employer.

Salary and Working Conditions

The basic hourly salary is €12.59 (gross), subject to the applicable collective agreement and the correct classification of the position. Any applicable evening, night, weekend, holiday, or other allowances will be paid in accordance with the relevant collective agreement and Finnish employment legislation.

This is a permanent, full-time position with regular working hours of 37.5 hours per week. Working schedules and assigned locations will be determined according to the employer's operational requirements and communicated through work schedules.

All duties must be performed on-site at designated customer premises. Remote work is not possible.
