System Integration Manager, Cimcorp

About the role

As a Systems Integration Manager, you act as the central operational bridge between project management, software development, site operations, and subcontractors. Your core mission is to establish and maintain structured agile practices across multiple simultaneous delivery projects, ensuring transparent tracking and smooth handovers. You will work closely with project managers, software engineers, and automation leads to plan software tasks, resolve resourcing bottlenecks, and support commissioning and testing phases.

Work tasks

• Acting as a Scrum Master across delivery projects: facilitating sprint planning, leading ceremonies, tracking progress, and managing backlogs
• Building, configuring, and maintaining the Jira environment in close cooperation with team stakeholders
• Preparing and updating project commissioning plans and breaking project functionalities into concrete software milestones
• Participating in testing and supporting site operations during commissioning phases
• Driving continuous improvement and change management by mentoring developers and harmonizing ways of working across project deliveries

We are looking for

• Advanced practical knowledge of agile methodologies with a proven track record of facilitating sprints, backlogs, and agile delivery within software teams
• Good practical experience with Jira, including setup, issue tracking, and workflow configuration
• Practical experience working in software development or software delivery environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative, solution-oriented and proactive mindset
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (Finnish language skills are considered an asset)
