Description
🚀 We’re hiring: CRM Implementation Executive – Finnish
We’re looking for a native Finnish speaker to join our growing CRM team and help deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life — from setup to execution and optimisation.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building and launching CRM campaigns (email, SMS, on-site)
• Working with segmentation, targeting, and customer journeys
• Analysing performance and improving results
• Collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns hit the mark
• Supporting CRM platform setup and ongoing improvements
What we’re looking for:
• Native-level Finnish + professional English
• Experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
• iGaming experience
• Experience with CRM / marketing automation tools
