About the Role
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be embedded within product teams, taking full ownership of documentation for key platform areas. You will shape the developer journey through high-impact content around agentic orchestration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive documentation for specific product areas as an embedded writer.
- Work closely with engineers and PMs to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
- Develop hands-on expertise with complex technical products to reflect real-world usage.
- Lead documentation efforts from concept through release (planning, reviewing, maintaining).
- Advocate for documentation as a critical part of the user experience.
- Continuously improve content based on analytics and user feedback.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of developer-focused technical writing experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Experience writing about AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, MCP, agentic orchestration).
- Comfort with Docs-as-Code workflows and Docusaurus/Git/Markdown.
- Proven ability to tailor content for software engineers and business analysts.
