About the Role
The Delivery Lead ensures Camunda Professional Services engagements are delivered predictably by turning customer outcomes into realistic delivery plans and steering execution with technical credibility. They translate between engineering realities and business expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, managing scope, milestones, and budget.
- Keep the implementation team (Camunda, customer, partners) aligned on goals and Definition of Done.
- Drive scope decomposition, estimation, and change control.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks such as environment readiness and integrations.
- Capture learnings to iterate on the PS delivery excellence framework.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or Project Manager in SaaS.
- Proven track record in leading agile customer-facing implementation engagements.
- Advanced communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of how PS engagements improve retention and expansion.
- Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
