About the Role

Technical Account Managers (TAMs) at Camunda are trusted advisors partnering with strategic customers to turn process orchestration visions into business value. You will navigate technical challenges and ensure smooth platform adoption at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with strategic enterprise customers through all stages of their adoption journey.
  • Guide technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes.
  • Advise customers on AI-enabled automation and modern architecture patterns (LLMs, RAG).
  • Conduct platform health checks and facilitate escalation management.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to deepen partnerships (up to 30% travel).

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and mission-critical applications.
  • Kubernetes expertise (CKAD or CKA level preferred).
  • Experience with Java, Python, or C# and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to GenAI frameworks and AI infrastructure considerations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Process Orchestration or RPA.
  • Relevant industry certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Camunda products.
