About the Role
ProcessOS is a new kind of Camunda product where processes are described in natural language and generated as executable BPMN workflows. You will own the end-to-end journey from deployment to a functioning customer capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deploy and prove production workflows running improvement loops.
- Feed discovery patterns and features directly back into the product team.
- Drive organizational adoption across technical and business stakeholders.
- Configure Camunda clusters and build custom agents against legacy APIs.
- Document the "playbook" for faster future deployments.
- Train customer teams to operate independently.
What You Bring
- Enterprise production experience shipping within large organizations.
- Technical depth in debugging integrations and explaining BPMN to leads.
- Practical AI experience solving real problems (prompt engineering, agent testing).
- Comfort with ambiguity and documenting new learnings.
- Willingness to use Camunda's products daily.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
- Familiarity with regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
- Open source contributions.
