Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a STEM discipline.
Proven experience leading teams in the development of high-quality software products.
Using modern software development processes, tools, and best practices.
Experience applying AI to improve software development processes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Ability to inspire, set clear expectations, coach team members, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Eligibility to work in the EU.
Master’s degree in the field of Software, Electronics, Biomedical, or equivalent
Experience with the Carescape Software Platform (CSP), Qt framework, and patient monitoring technologies.
Familiarity with clinical workflows and environments.
