As a Principal Domain Solution Architect solving high profile customer cases, you’ll have an opportunity to work with true experts from various domains (RL1, L2, L3 and A&S). You will be building insights from the case learnings both for the product and diagnostics tooling. To bring efficiencies into R&D work, you will be using and designing AI as intrinsic part of your job. 

Your responsibilities

• Driving complex customer Pronto case investigations as Technical Lead and acting as main point of contact together with FOT lead for Field/Customer Lab teams for own technology domain 
• Making deep dives into investigations to pull out the learnings. These will be put into action as product and process improvements. 
• System level oversight of key features to understand the big picture including e.g. domain evolution needs and interactions / dependencies of the features 
• E2E solution delivery mindset bridging all R&D development phases across the organizational boundaries 
• Ability to make clear and critical decisions on short term and long-term impacting product, solution design and architecture 

Your skills and experience

You have: 

• MSc or BSc in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent area 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile network product system engineering, development, system test or network engineering 
• Good knowledge of mobile network technologies, radio system architecture, BTS functions and standards (like 3GPP, O-RAN) 
• Proactive, creative, analytical as well as self-motivated and self-directed 
• Very good interpersonal, teamworking and collaboration skills as well as capability to work in international multi-site environment 

It would be nice if you also had: 

• Experience with troubleshooting and log analysis (at least willingness to learn) 
• Experience from customer engagement 
• Knowledge in cloud, Kubernetes 
• Curiosity and/or knowledge towards Generative AI and ML
