Nokia Technologies is licensing Nokia intellectual property, including patents and technologies, building on Nokia’s continued innovation and decades of R&D leadership in technologies deployed in virtually all connected devices used today. 

The Litigation Program Management team within TECH Commercial Management is responsible for the strategic planning and portfolio management of Nokia Technologies litigation projects. The team will drive the program management, strategic planning and investment management of the litigation projects.  The team works closely with key internal and external stakeholders including Global Litigation, TECH Finance, Licensing and Economic Analysis teams and the global outside counsel network of Nokia Technologies. 

Your responsibilities

  • Support the team with administrative and process-related tasks.

  • Assist with budget planning and purchasing processes.

  • Manage supplier relationships and law firm assignments.

  • Contribute to key litigation management processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across TECH Finance, Global Litigation, and TECH Licensing teams.

  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities as needed.

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and other relevant tools

  • Strong litigation process management and administrative skills with attention to detail 

  • Previous experience from budget planning and law firm supplier management

  • Proactive mindset, legal understanding and ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization

  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to handle information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Track record of strong team assistance experience
