We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth for our Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) business. This is a commercially oriented, client-facing role with a strong focus on pipeline generation in the EMEA region.
As a BDR, you’ll be the front line of our sales efforts – researching target accounts, identifying and engaging key decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role is a great entry point into enterprise sales, with a clear path to grow into more senior sales positions.
What you’ll do
- Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Research target accounts (e.g., Salesforce-heavy enterprises in regulated industries like pharma, finance, energy).
- Secure meetings with security decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Salesforce platform owners).
- Collaborate closely with our field sales team to build account strategies.
- Support our presence at Salesforce ecosystem events (e.g., Dreamforce, regional industry conferences).
- Consistently achieve activity and pipeline targets.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in a B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outbound pipeline creation.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Energy, resilience, and curiosity, you enjoy learning and working in a fast-evolving environment.
- Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, or Salesforce ecosystem technologies (experience is a bonus, not a must).
- Strong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
- Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real-world business or technical challenges.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.
