Guide-Driver in Lapland

We are looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-oriented Guide-Driver to work in Rovaniemi and Levi from November 2026 until the end of March 2027. Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.

Easy Travel is an international travel company working with partner agencies and customers from different parts of the world. We arrange and coordinate travel services, including accommodation, transfers, excursions and other travel arrangements for international guests.

Your work will combine guiding and driving duties. You will accompany international guests during transfers and excursions, provide information and practical assistance, coordinate daily travel arrangements and help ensure that our guests have a safe, smooth and memorable experience in Lapland.

Main responsibilities:driving international guests safely between hotels, airports and activity locationsguiding and assisting guests during transfers and excursions providing information about Lapland, local attractions and activitiescoordinating daily schedules and travel arrangementscommunicating with hotels, activity providers and other local partnersassisting guests with practical questions and unexpected situationsensuring high-quality customer service throughout the journey.

Requirements: Excellent English language skills

Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage

Valid driving license

Good knowledge of Finnish Lapland, its main destinations, attractions and local culture

Confidence in driving in winter conditions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsible, punctual and well-organised approach to work

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

Ability to remain calm and flexible in changing situations

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Positive attitude and genuine interest in working with international guests

Previous experience in tourism, guiding, customer service or driving is considered an advantage.
