Kitchen Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Food Prep: Wash, peel, chop vegetables, and prepare meat/fish as directed by the chef.
• Kitchen Support: Prepare spices, kitchen utensils, and assist in plating dishes.
• Cleaning: Wash dishes and cookware; maintain a clean and tidy kitchen area.
• Inventory: Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing food supplies into the storage/fridge correctly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate: Must have a Hygieniapassi (or be ready to take the test upon hiring).
• Language: Must be able to speak and understand Vietnamese; English is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is an advantage; training will be provided if none.
• Skills & Attitude: \* Fast-paced and able to handle pressure during peak hours.
• Hardworking, clean, punctual, and responsible.
• Good physical health (able to stand and move throughout the shift).
