  • Participation in commissioning meetings, technical troubleshooting sessions, punch-list inspections, and handover readiness assessments.
  • Technical review of operation and maintenance (O&M) documentation, test reports, and final commissioning documentation.

We are looking for

The person we are looking for holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, alongside several years of hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, or maintaining complex electrical systems. Experience in data centers or other mission-critical environments, such as power plants, hospitals, or industrial facilities, is essential, combined with a proven track record in managing test programs, cross-disciplinary interfaces, and technical problem-solving under pressure.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in critical power distribution, protection principles, and the complete L0–L6 commissioning lifecycle, including BAS/EPMS interfaces and integrated system testing logic. They must be analytical, highly organized, and fluent in English, with a strong ability to evaluate technical documentation, perform root-cause analysis on test deviations, and independently drive issue resolution. Additionally, this role requires a willingness to work on-site around Finland, handle non-standard working hours when needed, and start on short notice in an international project environment.
