Job Description Summary

We are looking for Quality Assurance (QA) - Training Intern. The Quality Assurance -Training Intern will work together with our QA Leader in maintenance and improvement of our Quality Management System training process. Our intern will ensure that our online trainings are assigned as needed and will follow up and ensure on training completions. Our intern will also maintain and develop our reporting tools.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate our Quality Management System trainings including training assignments
• Engage with our People Leaders and assist them in their online training needs & questions
• Report on training statuses and statistics
• Maintain and develop our Excel and Power BI based tools & reports for monitoring and reporting on training statuses

Qualifications/Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Excel
• Capability to create reports using MS Excel
• Desire to learn new IT tools
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and oral)
• Studies towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
