Description

Event: Talent Boost Summit 2026

Location: Finlandia Hall, Helsinki

Date: Wednesday, 7 October 2026

Workers needed: 3

I am looking for three reliable and hands-on people to help with the setup and dismantling of Talent Boost Summit 2026 at Finlandia Hall.

I am responsible for the spatial design and art curation of the event. The crew will work directly with me to unload, build and arrange the event spaces in the morning, and dismantle and reload everything after the event.

Working hours:

Morning setup: 05:00–08:00 (3 hours)

  • Unload furniture, artworks, decoration materials and other equipment from the van
  • Carry everything from the loading area into the venue
  • Set up stages according to prepared layouts
  • Arrange lounge and networking areas
  • Position furniture, rugs, plants and decorative elements
  • Assist with artworks and visual installations where needed
  • Make final adjustments so everything is ready before the event begins

Evening dismantling: 18:00–20:00 (2 hours)

  • Dismantle the event setups
  • Collect and carefully pack decoration materials and artworks
  • Move furniture and materials back to the loading area
  • Load everything into the van
  • Make sure all materials are collected and accounted for

Total working time: 5 hours.

Workers are welcome to stay at Finlandia Hall during the event (08:30–18:00). This is optional and is not part of the paid working hours. Lunch will be provided for those who stay.

Compensation:

€20/hour × 5 hours = €100 per person.

Payment can be made against an invoice or as work compensation using a tax card.

What Im looking for:

The work is physical and hands-on, so you should be comfortable carrying furniture, boxes and event materials.

You should be reliable and punctual, physically able to carry and move furniture, careful when handling artworks and other materials, and comfortable following instructions and floor plans.

Previous experience with event setup, exhibitions, moving, furniture installation, construction, theatre/film sets or similar work is useful but not required.

Most importantly, I need people who can work efficiently as a team and are comfortable jumping in wherever needed. This is more than an unloading job: we will be building the different event areas together according to the spatial design.
