Workup & Settlement Attorney

Our mission is to achieve exceptional results for our clients, drive innovation in the practice of law, and pursue unparalleled excellence in everything we do.Purpose: Keller Postman seeks a diligent, detail-oriented, and collaborative Workup and Settlement Attorney to work closely with our case management team to work up cases eligible, or soon to be eligible, for settlements in large mass torts. This role focuses on managing decision points for case progression, preparing cases for settlement, guiding clients through the offer process, and collaborating with legal assistants and other team members. This attorney will also participate in the elevation rotation on a regular basis.The annual salary range for this full-time, remote position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience; plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
