Café Manager and Café Shift Leader

We are seeking a Café Manager and a Café Shift Leader for the winter season in Kemi Lapland to launch a new Café concept.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operations of the new Café concept, organizing staff duties, product display, placing orders, and ensuring hygiene and compliance with self monitoring guidelines. You will oversee daily activities, the quality of customer service, and team leadership. You will also participate in hands on customer service and sales development.
