As a support engineer, you will be responsible for helping our customers resolve issues and answer questions related to the installation, configuration, performance-tuning and use of our product.The ideal candidate will have a strong background working daily with relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, or SQL Server, along with solid networking skills in both on-premise and cloud environments.
