Business analytics as a part of KONE Global spares supply unit runs a Sales funnel process in which data-driven initiatives are converted into profitable, value-adding Maintenance activities. Digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) drive huge change in the business and data analysts run on the edge of the change. Business analysts analyze business cases, develop data and business models and analytics process framework.

We are now looking for Junior Business Analyst, Business Analytics ​

The target of this position is to develop and improve KONE maintenance field support and operations by creating, improving and maintaining offering and marketing activities of the unit. Business analysts also drive business development projects according to strategic development programs. In addition, we provide any service business related analysis needed.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:

• Business case analysis
• Business modeling and Data modeling
• Configuring and developing Business Analytics solutions in C#, SQL, R or Python, .vbs
• Sharepoint developments and Data and server maintenance activities
• Development project membership and small project ownership
• Work tasks assigned by manage

To be successful in this role we require you to have:

• Technical or commercial degree (M.Sc or higher) or equivalent work experience
• Experience from analytics tasks for 1-3 years
• Understanding of maintenance processes and systems
• Supply chain IT-tools knowledge (e.g. SAP ERP)
• Fluent written and spoken English language is a must
• Strong statistics skills
• Data modeling (XLS, SQL, R etc.)
• SAP skills and understanding
• PDM and CRM skills
