Wolt has founded a new LiveOps-team, that is now looking for new team members! We currently serve over 3 Million users, and it takes some reeeal hard work from our dedicated customer support teams in each country, to ensure the satisfaction of those customers. We take pride in the quality of our customer operations, so here is a chance for you to make things even better for everyone involved.

In short, the LiveOps team is responsible for the tooling and problem solving for the customer support teams. We are scaling at 🚀-speed, making it more crucial than ever to have our customer support scale up efficiently with us. The tools include our own, in-house built tools as well as 3rd party integrations.

This 👆is where you come in. The team consists of two skilled engineers for now and we want to bring you in to strengthen the team! The team is working closely with the other engineering teams whenever necessary, and have the support of a product lead and our design team when creating something brand new.

You should be hungry for solving issues and to improve the existing features - all for the benefit of our customers. You hopefully have a love for problem solving, and a versatile skillset to put into use making our world a better place to be. Our backend stack consists of Scala and Python, so experience with these would be highly beneficial.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter make it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
