Product Specialist

to develop and manage our export product portfolio together with our export business owner?

You are eager to bring in your eCom experience and develop yourself further in the world of eCommerce. Ideally you are a recent graduate with great attitude and motivation as well as proven track record from your studies or previous work experiences. In this role you will report to export business manager, and work tightly with other business managers, marketing, ICT and development teams, and naturally with our alliance partners and clients. You will be in a key position to ensure best-in-class customer experience, business, quality and functional goals are met.

Product Specialist will collect and analyze internal and market feedback as a base for service development and run or be a representative in market and competitor studies. In your daily work you’ll ensure our services are up to date and present in internal and public medias and sites, as well as work together with marketing and sales. You´ll get a chance to define business requirements for our front-line customer tools. You will communicate fluently with both business and technical stakeholders and act as a bridge builder between these two interest groups. Your other responsibilities will include services up-to-end cost calculations and profitability studies and monitoring operational quality and reporting it. You will also support sales in winning key customer export cases.

Would this be you?
 

• Master’s degree in applicable sciences with great grades
• Genuine interest in eCommerce business – work experience in this field considered a plus
• Solid analytics skills – you love to simulate scenarios
• Fluency in Finnish and English languages – both oral & written, Other languages a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and impact also in matrix roles
   

Work location is in Helsinki, with some travel required.
