We’re looking for a marinated Marketing Specialist to join Siili’s merry marketing team. You’ll be part of a super agile and skilled team consisting of one Marketing Director, one Communications Manager, one Producer/Webmaster, and one Graphic Designer.

Your day-to-day activities include managing our social media channels, creating content strategy and a next level analytics reporting across all our platforms, managing and hosting our events, and taking our marketing automation and campaigns to a next level.

Additionally, you’ll be in charge of our digital marketing campaigns and all the processes related to it. Marketing materials are also on your responsibility.

What we expect from you

Lists are sometimes intimidating, but don’t take these as absolute requirements, more as guidelines:

• Semi-seniority. Sometimes it means you have been in the work life for 5–10 years, sometimes it means only a couple of years. It’s more about attitude and the level of your learnings.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content strategies for them. We would also like to see some samples and success stories from you.
• Experience in managing events and event processes. This doesn’t mean you have to be a booth builder every time, but rather that you know the process of how to set up a great event.
• Vision of how to create compelling marketing and automate it. Again, if you have any cases to show us, we’d be delighted.
• Being self-imposed. This is a team where everyone has their own responsibilities, but we also help each other – helping just doesn’t mean we have to tell you constantly what to do next or ask you all the time when something is ready.
• Tolerance for bad jokes. It’s a great plus if you’re an avid user of Jodel.
