Sales Operations Analyst

To be able to meet RELEX’ extremely ambitious growth targets, we are growing the sales organization rapidly on all continents. To support this organizational scale-out, the company depends on a highly effective Sales Operations team to support the Chief Revenue Officer, SVPs of Sales and the rest of the organization in ensuring all our salespeople are set up for success in a company and competitive environment that is always changing.
We are now looking to strengthen the Sales Operations team with a motivated, analytical, and proactive Sales Operations Analyst. On the highest level, your job will be to help ensure that our Sales organization starts with the best possible prerequisites when working to achieve ambitious quotas – including, but not limited to, the best tools, processes, information, communication and training on the market. The positon reports to the Director, Sales Operations.
As a person you are ambitious, energetic, smart, socially intelligent, and an excellent communicator. You are open to new ways of working and enjoy driving and supporting change management initiatives. You have a fundamental interest for the art of Sales, and have probably worked directly with Sales or Marketing in a previous role. With an eye for detail you enjoy getting your hands dirty, but you also know to step back and reassess the bigger picture regularly to ensure your priorities are up to date. You take the “CEO perspective” in your everyday work, meaning you keep the company’s overall best interest in mind rather than optimizing on behalf of your team.
Key tasks
- Constantly reevaluating if the sales process supports the company the best way possible, and suggest modifications when necessary
- Develop our Salesforce CRM as a superuser
- Generate, maintain and collect sales support materials
- Take proactive supportive action on ongoing sales cases in our Salesforce CRM
- Run existing and develop new reports for management, and suggest insight
- Compensation management
- Lead or support other global initiatives related to sales
- Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Professional Services & Product Commercialization to enable smooth collaboration
Key requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, industrial economics, or similar
- 2-5 years work experience from management consulting, an international tech company, or similar (experience from a SaaS software sales environment is a plus)
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English speaker (the working language is English)
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Experience from international teamwork
- CRM superuser experience is a plus

Location: RELEX Headquarters in Helsinki, Finland is the preferred location, but excellent candidates living in Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen will also be considered.
