- Invoice handling
- Internal communication
- Finishing of presentation materials
- Managing all daily tasks related to the administration with tools such as Buy & Pay, eTravel, IT self-service, SharePoint as well as support in various running tasks

- You demonstrate a high degree of structure, flexibility, planning and prioritisation skills, and deliver timely and excellent service consistently with positive attitude
- You are known for being a team player with the ability to build good relationships with people on all levels
- You are eager to learn and to continuously develop the skills needed to perform
- You also act with a strong sense of confidentiality, integrity and discretion towards both colleagues and information
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in Finnish and fluency in written and spoken English (professional level)
- Bachelor level education and minimum of two years’ experience in assistant type of roles
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in event organizing is an advantage
- Experience in invoice handling
