We are looking for Expert, Cash Management to join our Back Office team. The position is temporary, and it would last 9 months at the minimum.

Location 
The preferred location for the position is in Helsinki, Finland, but also Vaasa and Turku, Finnland, are possible locations. 

What you will do
This is an important role in Back Office function of Group Treasury and you will collaborate with our Front Office and Accounting teams. Your duty is to ensure different aspects of cash management, especially including the daily operative tasks in a timely manner while in compliance with our internal guidelines and policies.

In course of your daily work, you will focus on Group’s daily currency liquidity planning and handle Treasury's own financial payment traffic. You will also process Group's internal and external vendor payment traffic in a multicurrency environment based on the SAP IHC payment center system. You will administrate our cash pools and make sure the processes related to working capital programs are working smoothly. Your contribution is also needed for the development in Treasury and supporting Wärtsilä companies in their cash management matters.

Who you will be working with
Our Treasury is a centralized function of professionals responsible of financial risk management, funding, liquidity, cash management, payment center, trade finance and working capital financing of Wärtsilä.

As our Expert, Cash Management you will receive a good insight into and experience of Treasury working actively together with external financial institutions, our subsidiaries across the continents and centralized team of Wärtsilä Shared Service Center. You will shine in this role when you have

• Completed studies in an intermediate Business School or University of Applied Sciences, Finance or Accounting as major
• Good team working skills as well as ability to work independently
• Analytical mindset
• Fluent both written and spoken English and Finnish, other language skills will be an advantage
• Proven previous experience of working in an international organization or in a bank is also beneficial
• Solid computer skills, knowledge of SAP considered as an advantage 
• Most importantly you have energy, excitement and excellence in your work!
