Job description

We have ambition is to offer the one-stop solution for easy online business with Metso.

Metso is now looking for a Manager for Online Business Solution

In this role you will work with internal and external stakeholders to define online business needs and establish online business deployment roadmap based on the vision. You estimate project costs, define and drive proper sized project resourcing and manage the budget. You will propose business outcomes and capabilities, define minimum and target requirements and high level priorities. You continually identify, prioritize and mitigate risks and follow metrics to help reach targets and drive improvement.

As a Manager you lead and prepare the Steering Committee meetings to get guidance and approvals as needed. You provide guidance for Solution teams for program planning and drive decisions on all aspects of the Solution life-cycle. You ensure there is alignment between different stakeholders and coherence between the sponsors for the online business.

To succeed

To be successful in this position you should have strong experience in program management with sustainable results and customer satisfaction. You have Master's degree in Commercial, Business management or Engineering and at a minimum of 7-10 years working experience in global business environment. We hope you have knowledge of online business development and deployment for configurable products or services.

You are determined and innovative person and you have ability to simplify and solve complex problems. You have an agile way of working and previous experience in working with Agile development projects.  You have strong analytical skills combined with systematic approach, and you can handle diversified tasks simultaneously even under pressure.

To succeed in this role you should have ability to on-board people at all levels of the organization for a common goal. You are customer-focused and you have excellent networking and communication skills. You speak and write fluent English, Finnish skills are a plus.
