We are looking for Business Technology Managers to run, develop and lead digitalization in our customer organizations.

As a BT Manager you will be creating and developing Business Technology – such as digitalization overall with IT management, development, sourcing and service management capabilities – in mid-market organizations. Typically, this also means improving basic IT services to help the business to succeed. In order to thrive in your work, you need to be interested in how business development, new technologies and portfolio management can improve results.

In order to be a strong member of our ambitious team, you should have forward-thinking attitude, hunger to learn and the courage to dare the customer, thus making an impact on our customers’ businesses. We expect good interaction skills and fluent communication in Finnish and in English.

Preferably you have some experience with i.e. IT management, but also candidates with different project and service management/coordination, sourcing or business development experience are also welcome to bring fresh perspectives to the table.

You will be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals ready to support and share their knowledge at every turn of your journey.

Your role can range from Junior Advisor to Senior Advisor. You can be at the beginning on your professional career or more advanced with experience.

Your location will be Tampere area.
