Senior Test Automation specialist plays a special and demanding role in Signant Health R&D software development. We want to build state of the art test automation and we want the best people to do it. We’re looking for a Senior Test Automation specialist who wants to work in a company with a strong product and long-term focus in being the best eCOA (Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments) platform in the world.

We’re looking for:

• Mobile Experience: You have strong experience of mobile testing, iOS / Android
• Test Automation Experience: You have strong Robot Framework / Python skills, and you are willing to learn Dart. You have a strong and solid experience in SW test automation, and you understand the importance of robust CI-pipeline.
• Lifelong learning: We’re looking for a person who loves to learn new technologies quickly (better yet, teach others too) and to pivot as our team evolves.
• Problem-solving skills: You are keen in first understanding the real problem and then finding a lasting solution that serves well in long run
• Strong architecture skills: You know how to build highly scalable and robust software. You stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends (e.g. microservices). You know how to approach tested software from quality point of view.
• Passion: You feel ownership over everything you do. You have high coding standards, good overall understanding of testing requirements, and care about the user. You pride yourself on efficient monitoring, strong documentation, and proper test coverage. You also can highlight the importance of efficient test automation and “shift left testing” ideology.
• Communication: You have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You enjoy working in a Scrum team and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
