About this opportunity
- How might we create a document repository that holds all documents (some with multiple states) for a customer with > 10 accounts that is delightfully usable on a mobile phone?
- How might we create a voice bot that appeals to a wide variety of customer segments in multiple regions
Who you are
- 6+ years of digital product design either within large agencies or multinational corporates or similar
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Art, Design, HCI, psychology, architecture or a related field
- Experience in:
- Creating thoughtful designs for Web and App products or tools from the low-fi wireframes through detailed visual prototypes
- Defining digital experiences and working with a small design team as a part of a larger design organisation
- Designing and releasing research- and data-driven digital experiences
- Collaborating with Product Management and Software Development
- Creating solutions for stakeholders and customers
- Working with production design teams according to Agile principles
- Juggling multiple competing priorities in a changing environment
- Expertise with design tools (e.g., Sketch and Invision)
- Fluency in English
- In addition to work as a Design PO, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty and deliver designs on a daily basis
- Frame problems for a diverse audience of stakeholders, helping them envision the opportunities
- Harvest, prioritise and mature design requests from various stakeholders for the mobile design team
- Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations, low- and high-fidelity mock-ups, detailed design specs, prototypes, etc. to effectively communicate design ideas
- Work with other POs, developers and other stakeholders to efficiently create and deliver customer experiences that are loved
- Obsess over detail and raise the bar for product quality by advocating for user-centred product roadmaps, investments in last-mile refinement, and insights driven by user research
