The two year Pöyry Stars program consists of summer work, an amount of part-time work during the semesters suitable for you, dissertation or thesis work as well as possible work period abroad in one of our 50 countries of operation. At ÅF Pöyry you are not given boring routine tasks – the Stars are solving real client problems, with support from more experienced colleagues.

Each Star will get their own tutor, additionally supported by a wide group of top experts from various fields. The program includes a bunch of interesting Training Days introducing our field of operations, and helping our Stars to identify and develop their strengths. A detailed job description and program structure will be determined individually for each Star, depending on their personal situation, skills and interests.

Pöyry’s paper department offers engineering, project management and consulting services globally to our clients. Our department handles projects from pre-investment study phase all the way to the implementation phase. All in all, we offer you a variety of interesting tasks and good opportunities for professional growth in a stimulating global environment with pleasant co-workers and team’s full support. The position is located in Pöyry’s offices at Kouvola. Paper Process Team is part of ÅF Pöyry’s Process Industry Division.

Your field of study would be in paper and process technology.
