We, in Detection and Response R&D (DRRD) unit, are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer. Our unit builds technologies for detection and continuous response against the most advanced cyber-attacks out there. The technologies we build are sold to different market segments in different forms -- either as pure-play software or as managed services.

Your role is to lead the quality engineering and software engineering disciplines in DRRD. In this role you will coach the teams on how to build better software. You will also be responsible for the software development pipeline infrastructure development as well as ensuring our software testing coverage doesn't have gaps.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Continuous improvement of the unit’s software engineering disciplines and infrastructure
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
• Lead and mentor QA professionals in the unit
• Maintain quality assurance matrices and ensuring necessary test coverage.
