We are looking for DPD system design lead to SoC DFE organization.
We are looking for Technical Lead to lead ASIC SoC DFE Digital Pre-Distortion IP (DPD) system development
- Lead technical discussion on DPD responsibility area
- Follow-up, guidance and review of system development
- Responsible of gathering and defining system level requirements for the IP module for 4G/5G SoC ASICs
- interpreting DPD requirements for system level modelling team and ASIC RTL design team
- Solve system level issues together with experts
- Part of system development team
• 10+ years’ experience on SoC/FPGA/IP development and/or management
* End to end understanding of SoC ASIC system level specification and RTL design to lab testing
* Open minded and willing to take challenge, willing to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of RF domain and algorithm development
• Strong and excellent R&D engineering skills and background
• Good understanding of latest ASIC SoC modelling methodologies and development processes
• Ability to plan and monitor project schedules
• Trouble shooting by anticipating of problems and preparing solutions
• Competent at coaching teams; motivating and innovative thinking
• Result oriented and focused; good decision-making ability
• Good communication and networking skills; able to deal with conflict situations constructively
• Good team player; team working spirit.
• Ability to understand and handle bigger entities and dependencies between them
• Excellent client interfacing, interpersonal and communication skills
