We are now looking for a

Product Owner, Advanced People Flow Solutions

As a part of KONE Technology and Innovation organization, Advanced People Flow Solution team develops new innovative services and solutions to our customers and end users. We also manage, maintain and further develop existing solutions to ensure solutions alignment globally with changing customer needs and KONE business targets.

To be successful in this position, you have strong product management skills and you are capable to manage KONE infotainment solutions like displays and screens with content management systems (local and cloud based). You will lead and guide the development team together with business responsibles. Also product roadmapping and product offering planning is natural to you.

You will also work in close co-operation with other business stakeholders, IT and other KONE functions to ensure market and business needs, smooth full-chain processes, product cost, product quality management and further development planning for product.

We expect you to have

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field (Engineering, IT, Business Administration or similar)
• Earlier experience on product management/ownership with Lean, Agile development methodologies
• Relevant system expertise that you are ready to take product ownership of infotainment systems including display/screen technologies, content management systems and other related IoT systems
• Around 5 years of experience in working in an international environment and organizations with networking and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
• Capability to study, understand and fullfill customer needs in different market segments with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentations skills in English
