We are looking for an Agile coach that can create the best possible environment for our fantastic teams to grow, produce high-quality financial services and to promote the Enfuce culture. You have a passion to motivate and inspire others to adopt agile practices.

We believe in working according to the 3P methodology: People, Product and Process. In all our development teams we have three central roles connected to these P’s. People= the people oriented Team leader, Product= the Product Owner (PO) and Process= the Agile Coach (AC). Together this trio is handling all the aspects of the team, with different focus areas.

As an Agile coach at Enfuce, you will be enabling continuous improvement. You will be part of helping teams to be the best they can be and promoting Enfuce and Agile values within the company. You will be working with engineers and fintech professionals to enable change within the quickly evolving payment ecosystem. 

Your daily tasks will include:

• Coaching development teams in finding more efficient ways of working to enable a stronger Enfuce culture.
• Enabling a collaborative environment where people can shine.
• Supporting product management with e.g. efficient backlog management.
• Fostering a continuous learning mindset.
• And a lot of communication.

This is a permanent position located at our Espoo or Mariehamn Office.
